Daddy was famous for giving gift coupons for presents-- especially for my Christmas present. The problem was, I rarely got the chance to redeem them... one year, Noralee told Doug "you are not allowed to give Rose a coupon this year for Christmas..."
this year I did have a CD player installed in the car as a Christmas present to myself! That was a coupon that was at least 5 years old!
